Meet Jennifer
Jennifer Delaney brings heart, hustle, and deep local knowledge to every real estate journey. A native Houstonian, she specializes in helping clients buy, sell, and rent homes within the 610 Loop and throughout the greater Houston area. With over six years as a licensed real estate agent and more than two decades of experience in construction and real estate investment, Jennifer offers unmatched insight into Houston’s ever-evolving market.
Before entering real estate full-time, Jennifer spent 10 years in middle school education after earning her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston. Her teaching background enhances her communication and problem-solving skills—making her a patient, informed, and trusted guide for her clients.
An active investor herself, Jennifer recently developed and designed a tiny home community in Galveston and continues to renovate and market multi-family properties across the metro area. She is a proud member of the Houston and Galveston Associations of REALTORS®, as well as the National Association of REALTORS®.
Outside of real estate, Jennifer volunteers as a child advocate for CPS and supports youth programs at St. Theresa Catholic Church. In her free time, she enjoys Houston’s food scene, running at Memorial Park, spending time with family, and traveling—especially to her “happy place,” Costa Rica.
